Terms and Conditions

When booking an appointment with Maxs AutoSpa LLC, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions here in.

Booking Terms and Conditions

  • Customers shall remove ALL personal belongings, money and other significant/valuable items from their vehicle prior to any type of wash or detailing. As we are not responsible for items left in vehicle.
  • Maxs AutoSpa LLC will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service (when applicable) Mobile Customers must assure your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful & safe area. If you feel otherwise please communicate your concerns with your technician.
  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. Any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service.
  • Detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing type.
  • Maxs AutoSpa LLC reserves the right to use any one of our experienced technicians to undertake your auto detailing and may need to change the technician at short notice without penalty.
  • Maxs AutoSpa LLC  reserves the right to take debit or credit card information to secure a booking.
  • Maxs AutoSpa LLC  reserves the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and/or machinery or equipment failure.
  • Maxs AutoSpa LLC above and beyond the booked detailing.
  • Maxs AutoSpa LLC reserves the right to refuse or deny any booking or continue with their services if they deem the customer to be unreasonable.
  • Maxs AutoSpa LLC  will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any behaviors be encountered.

PRE-EXISTING DAMAGES

  • Dirt can hide swirl marks, scratches, dings, paint chips, fine lines and other marks. Should Maxs AutoSpa LLC, find any exterior imperfections, we will make you aware. However, Maxs AutoSpa LLC will not be responsible for correcting these pre-existing paint imperfections if your service does not include it. Maxs AutoSpa LLC will not be held responsible should we find pre-existing paint imperfection during our normal course of detailing that you are not aware of.
  • It can often be difficult to find pre-existing damages during the initial vehicle inspection. Some vehicles tend to have interior components that are broken, scratched, worn out, faded, don’t work or become loose cracked without the owner’s knowledge. Therefore, should Maxs AutoSpa LLC representative find any items that are not working properly, worn, scratched, cracked, faded or broken we will bring it to your attention. You agree NOT to hold Maxs AutoSpa LLC responsible for any pre-existing damages to your car.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

  • If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will, at our cost, redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge.
  • Any claims must be filed within 48 hours of completion of service by phone or email maxsautospa@gmail.com. Pictures of the area need to be emailed with every claim.- All reviews of service on any social media platform are appreciated. However, negative reviews of service will be reported as slander should issues not be brought to Maxs AutoSpa LLC management directly.

PAYMENT

  • There is a Non Refundable booking deposit fee, bookings are charged upon completion of service or at time of booking appointment. Declined cards will lead to Maxs AutoSpa LLC asking the customer to provide a solution. Should no solution be available, Maxs AutoSpa LLC will begin a collection process 48 hours after the card is declined.

    Cancellation Policy

    • We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment or service.

    • We require a 50% deposit for scheduled appointments.

    • All deposits are non-refundable

    • Same day appointments that are canceled or rescheduled will incur a charge of 100% of the service cost.

    • Maxs AutoSpa LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions depending on staff levels, weather conditions, and/or equipment failure.

    • In the event that the vehicle, customers, or keys are not present at the time and location of the ordered service, Maxs AutoSpa LLC may cancel the appointment and charge the full value of the order.

COMMUNICATIONS

  • Maxs AutoSpa LLC . may call, text, or email directly to schedule your service or conduct a customer satisfaction survey.
  • Maxs AutoSpa LLC may ask where you heard about Maxs AutoSpa LLC in order to gauge our marketing strategies.
